ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Select your item, choose your size and add it to the cart. Then follow the secure checkout steps.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. 100% secure payment.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, a confirmed order can no longer be modified. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@jalvene.com if you wish to cancel, as long as it is not yet being prepared.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING
What are the delivery times?
Our pieces take time to prepare: allow an estimated 10 to 14 business days (preparation and transit included). We currently ship to France, the United Kingdom and the United States.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders over €50. Below €50, a flat rate of €4.99 applies.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
No, in almost all cases: the price you pay is all-inclusive, with customs duties and import taxes already covered, right to your door. Only a few remote areas may apply local fees on delivery.
RETURNS
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days after delivery, and return shipping costs are refunded. Write to us at contact@jalvene.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Full details in our return policy.
Can I exchange an item?
There is no direct exchange. To change size or colour, make a return (within 14 days, item unworn) then place a new order — that way you don't risk your size selling out in the meantime.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned parcel.
PRODUCTS
How do I choose my size?
Our cuts are boxy / oversized, designed to fall loose: take your usual size for the oversized look, or one size down for a sharper fit. The measurement chart (in cm, laid flat) is on every product page — use the chest measurement as your reference.
How do I care for my JALVÈNE garments?
Carefully follow the care instructions on the inside label of the garment.
