RETURN POLICY
At JALVÈNE, your satisfaction is our priority. If a piece isn't right for you, you can return it under certain conditions.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The returned item must be:
- In its original condition, unworn, unwashed
- With its label and original packaging
- Free of any marks (perfume, make-up, perspiration)
Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused and sent back at your expense.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Step 1 — Write to us at contact@jalvene.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2 — You will receive the instructions and return address within 24 to 48 business hours.
Step 3 — Pack the item(s) carefully and ship them with the carrier of your choice, with tracking.
Step 4 — Upon receipt and inspection, we process the refund.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are refunded: keep your tracked shipping receipt, and we refund the return costs together with your order.
REFUND
Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned parcel, to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
To exchange a size or colour, make a standard return and place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Personalised items or limited-edition items marked as such can be neither returned nor exchanged.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If an item shows a defect on delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We take care of the exchange or full refund, return costs included.
